Over the summer, we will be moving from our current email provider to Office 365.  This is a fantastic change that is going to give us a lot of needed modern functionality.  As part of the process we want to make sure that you know how to back-up important data related to your email so that you don’t lose anything in this transition.

The Technology Department will be moving all of your email, including messages in your Inbox, sent items and any messages you have in sub-folders, but your Calendars, Contacts, and Tasks will not be moved automatically.  If you have added contacts to your address book, used an Outlook calendar or stayed organized with Outlook tasks, you will want to follow these quick and easy steps to create a back-up of your information so you have access to it after the move.

The deadline for backing up Outlook items is June 27!
