Over the summer, we will be moving from our current email provider to Office 365. This is a fantastic change that is going to give us a lot of needed modern functionality. As part of the process we want to make sure that you know how to back-up important data related to your email so that you don’t lose anything in this transition.
The Technology Department will be moving all of your email, including messages in your Inbox, sent items and any messages you have in sub-folders, but your Calendars, Contacts, and Tasks will not be moved automatically. If you have added contacts to your address book, used an Outlook calendar or stayed organized with Outlook tasks, you will want to follow these quick and easy steps to create a back-up of your information so you have access to it after the move.
The deadline for backing up Outlook items is June 27!
Click below to watch the videos showing step by step how to back up your information. There are also cheat sheets available to guide you through the process.

Now how do I transfer my saved contacts to the new 360 contacts?

Jerry, the transfer must be done using the desktop version of Outlook and not the webmail Office 365 client. We are working on the steps required for setting up Outlook and importing your backups. Check back every day for information.

Chris,
Just checking to see when we will be able to import our calendar to the new 360. If I start adding information on the new calendar when I import the saved information will it all work? I don’t want to enter twice:}
Thanks.

I continue to have problems receiving and sending mail on the New System. Some mail is coming to my IPhone yet isn’t showing up on my daily Office 365. The mail coming on Office 365 is all adds with only one exception, my Direct Deposit information. When I try to send out of district EMAIL it won’t send saying the address is unrecognizable. I can EMAIL in district employees yet they aren’t always receiving the EMAIL. We are calling each other to try to determine what is going on. The entire process seems disconnected with constant inconsistancies. Help!! I am trying to use the system!!
