In regards to the Microsoft HUP, have you heard of anyone having trouble with this? I have entered my work e-mail address, the code my CITS gave me, and have submitted, but have never received an e-mail response. I have submitted the info numerous times for two days. I tried to troubleshoot as directed by the website, but still nothing…Any suggestions?

It may take up to 7 days for Microsoft to send the confirmation. Let us know if it doesn’t come through!

Hi Laura, Thanks for the question. I just sent you an email with my home phone number. If you can give me a call I can talk you through this.

Update for other – Talked to Laura and she has dial-up internet. This file is just too big for anything other than broadband. The solution is to download at work to a flash drive and bring that home.

I contacted my CITS for the program code, purchased 2013, received my confirmation code and am had trouble downloadding. So, I contacted Microsoft to see what the problem was and they said it only works with Windows 7 or higher; I have Windows XP. What do I do?

Under the terms of the Microsoft Home Use Program agreement, once purchased, you have the right to install MS Office on two computers.
