Laura Lyons is the Director of Staff Development in Lamar CISD. Her roles include creating staff developments, organizing and managing offerings, and surveying staff to insure that their professional needs are being met. Her office is one that is consistently looking to the future on how to best train teachers and staff in methods and ideas that best impact our students for a successful future.
