About: I came back to my roots to work for LCISD! I grew up in Rosenberg, graduated from Terry, and now have been working for LCISD since September of 2005. I started as a substitute, quickly became an aide, then went on to teaching 2nd grade, and now I am a CITS! Watch out, I may be the superintendent next! All joking aside, I am proud to work for such an outstanding district!
Being a CITS really keeps me on my toes! I am blessed to get to work with a team of such fun, creative, and talented people. I enjoy the challenge of working with 5 schools full of amazing teachers and students. Just as it was a pleasure to watch my students grow throughout the year, it is rewarding to watch the teachers around me grow more and more comfortable with the technology around them.
I love to be outdoors when the weather is nice. I consider shopping a sport, and as much as I do not like to admit it, I am addicted to reality TV…Jersey Shore, The Bachelor (not the Bachelorette), Dancing With The Stars, and America’s Got Talent.
I am married to the love of my life, John. We are pet parents to our sweet Kerr dog, Hammer (who is 86 lbs. but thinks he is the size of a tea-cup Poodle)!
